The Paleo Challenge is down to the last few spots but feel free to show up tomorrow to see what its all about and I'm sure we can squeeze you in. Today's seminar will go over the basics of Paleo nutrition, you'll get some cool schwag, and all the measurements will be taken to start your journey to better (and more knowledgeable) nutrition and health. I can't wait to see the physical, mental and performance changes I know these better choices will bring out in all of us as we progress along this journey. Please, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me, and I can't wait to see you all soon!
Was looking for a good WOD for my sunday and this it and that bfast pic will be icing on the cake (that Im not going to eat)
See you guys next time I'm up in Boston!

Nice 3 person 9am class today! I like having the earlier class Did 5 sets of 3 reps by accident this morning.. worked up to 95# x3 and 101# x1 for my push press- gotta love the fractionals! 101 is a PR by 26# :) Also 1# more than what I maxed at for my jerk last week.. hm.
Can't wait for the Paleo Challenge kick off !
10:07 on the WOD as prescribed. Fun one.
Strong stuff Hannah!
Up to 175x3 on PP, 9:59 on WOD. Started straight Rx for 1st set of HSPU then went with one ab mat half way through set of 21 for rest of the time.
Good luck to all the paleo challenge people!
Nice working out with the Sun crew this morning. Thanks to Raf for the excellent coaching. 9:28 on the WOD, modified with 1 pood and 2 ab mat HSPU. Wow - the HSPU were really hard -- it's been a while since I've done these and it showed.
